Company's interface to shareholders, Board of Directors, financial investors, and its legal entities with full responsibility for the company’s general operational management, its cash flow and its multi-national activities. Driving and executing the company's partner and business development strategy, defining and supervising the company’s product strategy as well acquiring the company’s strategic customers and resellers in both, the service provider space as well as in the large enterprise markets.
