• Manages projects and timelines working with COO and Tracy Anderson. • Work directly with Tracy Anderson and the wider TA team to innovate and improve the content of the online studio. • Helps film and oversee all the digital content created for TA page, making sure all content is delivered to the online studio weekly. • Acts as project manager for the online studio, hires and manages professional camera operators and any other staff needed in the production of media for the online studio. • Manage and supervise production of assets including photo shoots, video shoots. • Support to help evolve the digital campaigns and marketing vision for the brand including brand positioning, key differentiators, audiences and customer engagement strategies for both our studio and anywhere businesses. • Create digital implementations and analyze performance in order to maintain digital customers and drive new client acquisition and sales revenue. • Responsible for membership marketing analysis for the online studio, understanding how these relate to weekly membership numbers and working to keep these numbers improving.
