- In charge of developing strategies to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization - Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management resources - Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company - Promotes the company’s products and services in order to capture greater market share or to develop new markets, and obtain and/or maintain competitive position in industry - Participates in planning, developing and implementing company operational procedures, policies, and standards - Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions - Directly involved in company’s overall business development i.e. branding and image building, upcoming projects supervision, quality assurance, training, marketing etc., requires an in-depth knowledge of the hotel business, of strategic planning, goal definition, and high volume sales and marketing techniques - Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings, and at formal functions - Promote the company to local, regional, national and international constituencies - Present company report at Annual Stockholder and Board of Director meetings - Direct company planning and policy-making committees - Reports to the Chairman on the performance of General Manager, subordinate directors and operations managers - Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives - Identify expansion opportunities

ERA has established on over 40 years industry experience in deregulating energy markets and power generation project development. The ERA executive, management and engineering team is formed by directors, shareholders and executives of some of Australia's and Germany's most innovative renewable pioneering companies which together have implemented over 300 MW of renewable projects over the past 4 years alone.

- Responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff - Commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, reservations), food and beverage operations, and housekeeping - Determine staffing requirements for organizational management and program delivery - Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations - Recruit, interview and select staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the organization's mission - Work with President and Director of Finance to prepare a comprehensive budget - Approve expenditures within the authority delegated by the President or Executive Director - Executes marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the hotel's business plan
