Independent Consultant: Led creation of Swiss Re Life Capital technology strategy and principles to enable BU growth aspirations. Multiple M&A activities and technology transformation initiatives.
Independent Consultant: Ran technology due diligence on successful acquisition of 1.1m L&G life polices for £650m. Ran technology due diligence and integration of Guardian Financial Services into ReAssure in a deal valued at £1.6bn. Established team to radically improve performance and transition to BAU on corporate data warehouse after significant volume growth and incomplete design led to C-Suite escalation.
Independent Consultant: In response to Deep water horizon accident lead delivery of asset integrity/ HSSE scorecards and finance dashboards to BG Group CFO/ CRO alongside McKinsey & Co. for 4 years before transitioning to off shore support team. Established technology design authority to oversee multiple large systems integrators and ensure quality of design and engineering practices.
