Pivot achieve this by primarily working with our clients to identify, classify and catalog individuals regarded as subject matter experts (SMEs) within, and outside of, their companies. The SME database can be imported from or integrated with a pre-existing system, developed with our consultation, or licensed from a 3rd party if one exists. When presented with an issue, our software, through machine learning and proprietary AI, will analyze the SME database and return a list of recommended individuals best equipped to develop a solution. Once a connection is established between you and the appropriate expert, we provide a suite of telepresence tools that enable the SME to both receive pertinent data and provide specific, real-time guidance. The entire interaction is automatically recorded, tagged and made searchable by our software. Solutions can also be uploaded to other systems like ALIS, SAP, Oracle, or Maximo.
