Ensure and manage a safe site work place at all times in all stages such as installation works, lifting operations and hydro test/pneumatic test. Aim to minimize our exposure and risk on project.Ensure to implement highest level of safety procedures on Live Plant work activities. *Managed Healthcare(Hospital & Nursing Home) Projects. *Managed Mixed Development Buildings(Hotel-Residential-Mall) projects Manage the integration & coordination of Revit BIM models with M&E BIM managers and coordination on CSD drawings with other services or disciplines. Implement & monitor effective integration & collaboration of Project teams, Procurement, Engineering, Planning,Logistics, Fabrication, Contracts, QA/QC, Testing/Commissioning, Health/Environment/ Safety(HES)so as to ensure smooth flow of project operations.Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet requirements especially on critical activities.Tracks and monitor work productivity.Plan, forecast, implement & monitor project cash flow, revenues, profitability & margins. Closely coordinate to Consultant, Main-contractor and sub- contractors for other services.OVER-ALL, ensuring a profitable, safe & successful project.

Managed and collaborate the integration & coordination of three departments such as EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION, DUCT FABRICATION & MAINTENANCE so as to achieve a successful project package. *Technical/Service Manager Role: 1.Facilitated Technical trainings for technicians and staff so as to ensure a technically competitive team. 2.Ensure delivery of site Technical KPIs. 3.Promote technical best practice and have a results orientated approach, being proactive in sharing bestpractice on a group wide basis 4.Represent the Technical function at a senior level internally and externally 5.Provided direction regarding HVAC scopes of work & technical specifications 6.Managed, analyze & resolves customer complaints on maintenance & installation issues. 7.Managed, monitor and resolves service calls with critical issues or complaints. 8.Review customer surveys and must create plans & actions for improvement whenever necessary. 9.Fleet management on service vehicles and ensure proper dispatching of technicians based on priorities. 10.Managed workshop for aircon units’ repair & restoration. *Project Management Role: 1.Be a key player for efficient execution of projects based task within agreed timeframes & budgets. 2.Provide consistent, sustainable and effective engineering direction for all projects within a portfolio so as to ensure successful delivery, installation, testing & commissioning of Air-conditioning. 3.Established proper QAQC procedures & standards on Duct Fabrication, Equipment Installation & *Maintenance requirements. 1.Ensure compliance with all safe work practices and procedures. 2.To liaise with the Client/ Representative, Main Contractors & Consultant. 3.To ensure the project is adequately resourced and to identify additional requirements for action. 1.Represents the client or owner of the project. 2.Review and give comments on shop drawings submitted by Sub-Contractors and discuss with the consultant for any revisions. 3.Inspect if Designs & Specifications for projects are correctly executed at site and discuss with the consultant for any necessary actions. 4.Impose the QUALITY ASSURANCE of every scope of work. 5.Issue SITE MEMO to consultant or main contractor or any Non-conformance on site in terms of quality & progress. 6.Attend to Technical meetings and coordination meetings. 7.Issue NOMINATION LETTER addressed to the consultant for any supplier or Sub-Contractor who was awarded under the PROVISIONAL SUM SCOPE. 8.Review CONTRACTS offered by the Contractor & Consultant prior to approval of the owner with reference to FIDIC.
