Led referral growth and business development efforts for the largest outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company in NY state consisting of 22-42 locations. Managed territory covering 14 outpatient physical therapy locations and over 5500 referring physicians in an intensely competitive market. Achieved referral growth of 26% in the NYC market since our divestiture from HealthSouth in 2005, equating to 1.5 million in additional sales over this time period.

Managed all business and administrative functions for a newly practicing Orthopedic surgeon. Marketed physician to other medical providers to generate patient referrals growing his practice to an average of 50+ patients per day within the first year.
