Trek Bicycle is a global leader in the design and manufacture of bicycles and related products. For Trek Europe I managed a team of technical service representatives that provided world class service to independent Trek dealers in Germany, Austria, Benelux, France and Denmark. I managed a team service centre technicians that worked on bike repairs and warranty claims for dealers from the above mentioned countries. I was responsible for the forecasting, buying and inventory management of all service frames and parts for Trek Europe. I managed a spec sheet / data base process in order to provide information on a technical website for internal and external customers. I was involved in several Quality Control projects for these European markets. I was yearly responsible for the building of all show bikes for the above mentioned countries. I was involved in the creation of a new warranty claim menu as a part of implementation of a new ERP system globally (JDE)
Trek Bicycle is a global leader in the design and manufacture of bicycles and related products. For Trek Benelux I introduced the Trek family brands Gary Fisher and Klein to the Benelux market in 1995. I became the Sales Coordinator for these brands as we grew the business, had 3 reports GF/Klein Territory Managers in 1998. In 1999 I became Trek Benelux Territory Sales Manager; we managed and supported 450 specialty retailers, achieving annual double-digit growth.
