Role details: Built and owns all HR processes, including but not limited to: recruitment, employee retention and engagement, and business/people operations and strategy. Owner of all HR processes and practices locally, ensuring they are suited for our hyper-growth and have the scalability factor built into them. Owner & designer of Company Intranet Sharepoint Site for internal communications and collaboration. Responsible for the local compliance of our people operations, policies and processes. Provides advice, information and support to management and employees on HR policies and procedures in line with best practice. Focusing on optimization & continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures. Ensuring all employment policies are up to date & in line with local legislation. Drives recruitment activities, ensures the necessary support in all stages of the recruitment process. Encourages employee engagement and communication with events and team-building activities. Supports development and implementation training programs that are directly relevant and beneficial. Serves as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. Provides collaboration with senior management and department leaders, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities. Builds and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on strategic projects. Partners with IT, Finance, etc and third-party providers as required to ensure appropriate support for business departments. Serves as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
