I left my role as the first female CEO to head up a male dominated organization to follow my passion. I became frustrated at meeting talented women who just didn’t realize their brilliance and were dimming their light to fit into a masculine model of leadership, or had allowed a prior bad experience to unconsciously subdue their abilities. I became exasperated with organizations who couldn’t see the amazing talent they had within their grasp and were under utilizing a valuable resource that could support the attainment of organizational objectives. Leading up to today, where I am using my knowledge and experience as a coach, leader and more importantly being my authentic self, to coach and enable women to speak up confidently, stand up fearlessly and show up as authentic leaders in their own career and life.
