Jano Bako

Jano Bako is from cape town western cape south africa. Jano is currently firestarter -brewer at fuego brewing company. In Jano's previous role as a brewer at brewdog, Jano worked in until Dec 2015. Prior to joining brewdog, Jano was a head brewer at birra&blues and held the position of head brewer. Prior to that, Jano was a waiter at hoteles santos from Aug 2011 to Mar 2012. Jano started working as chef, bartender at el laboratorio-valencia in Jan 2010. From Sep 2010 to Dec 2010, Jano was scholarship holder at márton and his daughters distillery.
