Responsible for the Zimmermann global supply-chain across its multiple product categories including footwear, accessories and Ready-to-Wear. Lead the development and management of suppliers across the business ESG program. ESG Management: • Drive the implementation of an innovative sustainability programs linked to Zimmermann core values and sustainability targets. • Lead the strategic perspective across all sustainability initiatives: setting SBTi; UN Global Compact; creation of circular business models, such as, textile-to-textile recycling; ZDHC Chemical Management; Creation of Zimmermann Biodiversity Fellowship supporting (UN Oceans Decade); • Develop business supplier social responsibility initiatives and Capacity Building programs to ensure company social impact goals are substantive; benchmarking KPI’s in-line with global initiatives with respect to laws, codes, performance standards and voluntary initiatives & reporting. • Collaborate with the Zimmermann Inclusion & Diversity steering committee to drive forward inclusion and diversity within the organisation and global procurement partners. Operational Excellence: • Benchmark and drive the implementation of a Product Life Management (PLM) system creating a centralized truth. • Lead the strategic creation and development of an offshore print team capable to balance workloads and refine cost • Implement QA/QC process refinement through growth of a regional ‘site” teams and onboarding of a QC web-based platform. Global Sourcing & Production across all categories: Responsible to lead the global procurement team and sourcing partners to be aligned with the company strategic growth goals.
