Leadership of a site reliability engineering team tasked with the management of service infrastructure (Rest.li, D2), presentation tier services (Play framework), i18n (internationalization) systems and horizontal initiatives (high impact, cross functional projects). Website development for www.usd.edu, application security, and linux/unix administration. One of my first tasks included training the existing technology team on application security risks including SQL injection and cross site scripting. Also lead the research, selection, and initial implementation and development efforts for replacing our home grown CMS system with CommonSpot CMS for better workflow management, SEO and taxonomy.
