Jeanne Ward Consulting provides personal strategic planning for men and women between the ages of 35 and 55 who are fed up with their corporate jobs to create fulfilling professional and personal lives through the development of a personal strategic plan. This work ensures that clients identify their professional and personal goals as well as create a plan to make those goals a reality. The personal strategic planning work takes you through 6 sessions to ensure that you: -Work through your Values -Uncover your skills and strengths -Build a job description of your ideal role -Bridge the GAP between your ideal self and where you are now -Determine how your values-based goals fit into your schedule -Create a Life Description to communicate your professional needs With Jeanne Ward Consulting, I also: • Created a unique curriculum for individuals and nonprofit organizations to assess strategy and outcomes for impact. • Help individuals to identity their professional and personal goals and to find alignment between these two areas of their lives. • Manage collaboration between board and staff of organizations that participate in training and consulting services. • Provided consulting services to a nonprofit school in Frankfurt, Germany from 2011-2013.
