As an expert-level individual contributor the Art Director’s “hands on” design work is important, and is guided by the company’s creative design strategies, as well as by the direction of the creative lead. Contributing to the development of those strategies and then brings them to life by working with designers on individual projects/campaigns. Provides masterful insight into the direct response nature of the e-commerce business and can articulate by thought, word and design, the rationale and business logic behind each design, and how they consistently add up to a strongly branded experience.
