I'm the principal executive officer of the CLUB and, subject to the control of the Board of Directors, shall, in general, supervise and control all of the affairs of the CLUB. I may sign any deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts or other instruments, which the Board of Directors has authorized to be executed, except in cases where the signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Board of Directors to some other officer or agent of the CLUB, or shall by law be required to be otherwise signed or executed. I also shall be the chairman of the Board of Directors and will also perform any other tasks, which are deemed consistent with the responsibilities of this position. If I'm not in attendance at a regular meeting or special meeting, I must notify the secretary and submit a report in advance of any agenda items pertinent to my position.
