Teaching assistant, occasional lecturer and lab demonstrator for undergraduate courses: Organic Chemistry (2007-2010) and General Chemistry (2005-2006). Lab section size ranged from 20-24 students of which Jenifer was solely responsible for two sections. Responsibilities included: * leading the weekly lab talks and demonstrations * marking ca. 8 journal article style lab reports per student * helped with marking the midterm and final exams. In 2009 Jenifer helped redesign the Organic Chemistry I laboratory manual with Dr. Rob Reed. In 2008, Jenifer was nominated for and was awarded the Department of Chemistry’s Harold Suderman Laboratory Instructor Award for outstanding achievement as a lab demonstrator.
