•Oversees the internal and external mixed-methods evaluation of West Virginia’s 7-year, $24.5 million federally funded GEAR UP program aimed at preparing students for success in higher education. •Leads the state’s 5-year longitudinal study of the program’s long-term impacts and is a member of a multi-state professional learning community to share analysis methodology and study findings. •Manages the data validation process and is responsible for reporting performance data to the US Department of Education, in program materials and to the state legislature. •Ensures program-wide FERPA, COPPA and IRB compliance. •Creates presentations, dashboards, reports and manuscripts to communicate insights to program, state and national audiences.
