As the first Chief Data Officer at the Office of Inspectors General, I brought together data professionals from across the organization to develop the Data and Analytics roadmap. This defined the technical and non-technical data related work streams and the data strategy. I also lead modernization efforts of data cataloging, data records retention, and data management systems. All of this is in a effort to modernize data assets for better decision making, and to establish rules and standards to support a data product and report clearing house.

Provided consulting services including performing installations and configurations of SPSS and demonstrating how to use the software. Worked with customers in order to develop highly complex analytical solutions that were incorporated to address a wide range of business needs. Provided analytical expertise on refund fraud for the Internal Revenue helping to identify billions of dollars in potential fraudulent returns.
