• Effectively manage the partners’ calendar; including scheduling meetings and calls with client and startup founders across global time zones, and prioritizing commitments to maximize productivity • Crate expense reports, answering phones calls and addressing emails. • Communicate professionally with internal and external parties • Handle complex global travel bookings (including flight and hotel reservations) • Periodically help plan offsite and events (both internal to the team and with external stakeholders) • Use the team’s CRM (Contact Management Relationship) system • Support office tasks and errands; help with general office upkeep (working with vendors and the office budget) • Learn from the collective experience of the team – developing knowledge in different areas of the fund to help cover a gap or support an important effort or project.
