www.pawsntailsincos.weebly.com •Responsible for initial home based business start up including marketing and sales. •Answer all incoming calls, handling e-mail & text queries, making appointments, taking messages, and ensuring that there is no confusion and overlap of appointments via electronic and paper calendar. Point of sales, web design & maintenance, advertising, marketing, and customer service. •Preparation of client files for every animal to be serviced; maintaining and updating these files. •Conducting initial consultations in-home, in-hotel, and in-office in order to familiarize myself with prospective client and their pets/location while determining what services will be needed short term and/or long term. •Daily visits including potty breaks, walks, and pet taxi service to/from groomers and/or veterinary visits. Overnight visits/stays for 24-hour periods include pet care and home services. •Ensuring that the animals are given their medication, food, and care facilities on time, according to the client’s orders. •Crisis management in an emergency. Providing assistance to the client during their absence be it at the regular vet or at emergency services. •Maintaining living facilities for the animals, providing lots of TLC, and providing updates to clients (phone, text, and/or e-mails) regarding status of their pets.
