Annual saving around 1.5 M USD

• Set up Asia Sourcing organization • Manage Global Sourcing Team (2 Subordinates – Global Sourcing Engineer) • Sourcing & Development of Supplier base • Identify Commodities Strategy • Project Transfer (Full turn Key projects) from high cost region (USA)to low cost region (China & Singapore) • Lead negotiation for purchase agreements • Optimize supply chain and provide guidance to site supplier management teams during the process of product transferring and localization by defining proper sourcing structure • Drive annual cost down activities (PPV and VAVE) • Drive Supplier quarterly business review (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation and Business Risk) Reporting directly to Global Sourcing Director.
