We are a corporate finance house that structures and advises on fund-raising for high quality growth companies looking to raise funds to expand their business whether by organic growth or acquisition. We then introduce these companies to sophisticated/ high net worth private investors as well as institutions who are looking for potentially high returns and can assess and accept the high risk nature of the investment. We specialise in pre-IPO situations and EIS qualifying companies that have a multitude of government backed tax breaks and incentives for UK taxpayers. Our corporate clients have to pass a strict set of due diligence and verification checks and be approved by our investment committee. We also provide verification services for third party companies that wish to undertake their own fundraising using a Section 21 approved financial promotion document ('FSMA 2000') and want a regulated entity to conduct the due diligence and provide appropriate sign off.
