Doorwares Associates, Inc. was started by my father John in 1983. We are a independent Sales representative agency in the commercial, architectural door hardware industry. Representing numerous independent commercial door hardware manufacturers. Doorwares Associates, Inc. is responsible for establishing all distribution of sales in Eastern PA, Southern NJ, & Delaware through our undying devotion to discover qualified distributors of commercial hardware related products and establish long term mutually rewarding relationships based on exceptional technical expertise. We believe above all else on the premise that our clients need above all else, quality products, immediate service, and technical assistance with a personal touch and pride ourselves on our ability to provide these services. In the 1980's nearing the end of my tenure as a electrician, I had suffered a rare form of arthritis that left me crippled for a few years. I was blessed to have had the opportunity to end my electrical contracting business and start my new endeavors with Doorwares Associates, Inc. I spent the first few years in the office, and learned the business from the ground up with my father John guiding me every step of the way with continual education through his wisdom as well as certifications through many of the associations we belong to. With the aid of medication and being off my feet, the Arthritis went into remission and has never re surfaced since. Now it's 30+ years later, dad is enjoying his well deserved retirement and Doorwares Associates, Inc, continues it's quest in finding new opportunities as well as our outstanding abilities to service existing customers though education, teaching classes, and attention to detail. I count every day as a blessing!
