Delivering business change organisation-wide, through the Business and People Support Systems (BPSS) programme. BPSS delivers Oracle Fusion, a replacement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud application. This is an extensive programme of change, which brings improvements to all core functions - HR, procurement, payroll budget planning management, learning & development, recruitment and travel management. The all-encompassing nature of the programme makes it a mission-critical, 'no-fail' project, to be delivered within an extremely tight timescale. With the valuable support of the business change team, we have successfully delivered phase one, with phase two underway, and on target for completion in September 2022. The contribution from my business change team colleagues and I has been singled out as one of the most crucial success factors in the programme delivery.
