*Serve as the primary organizational point of contact for a cohort of literacy and math tutors (AmeriCorps Members) by providing exceptional customer service and mastery of various databases. *Collaborate with on-site supervisor and coaching specialist to provide supervision and proactive support to tutors which includes performance management practices and procedures. *Host trainings, research and share resources, provide consistent support and develop quality relationships with site support staff to reach high and consistent retention rates of members. *Mediate tutor and coach situations to maintain positive relationships while establishing productive solutions. *Manage member/tutor performance outcomes and deliverables to ensure curriculum is delivered and student needs are met.
