As head of Customer Operations Latin America, I have the responsibility of overseeing end-to-end planning processes and Sales and Operations Planning, as well as ensuring a positive customer experience through collaboration with the sales force and management of both national and international logistics operations. My remit also includes the implementation of digital connectivity and real-time value-added solutions for front-end processes, with a focus on synchronizing operations across the entire supply chain. Additionally, I am accountable for guiding and directing the Latin America Planning, Costumer Experience and Logistics function.
