As Associate Partner for Wipro, i am responsible for Cyber Security & Managed Services engagements across Gulf with focus on Wipro Cybersecurity & venture solutions. My role requires me to have in depth knowledge of information security multi stack solution covering SOC/SIEM, Data Lake, NGFW/IDS/IPS, DLP/PGP & Data Security, IDAM/PIM, GRC/ risk management, BCMS, Network, Infrastructure & Perimeter Security, Threat Hunting, Security Operations orchestration & Threat modelling. My current engagement involves a great amount of technical & presales experience for: - Advising partners, prospects and customers on their Cyber Security / SOC needs. - Engaging with decision makers and analyze partner, prospect and customer needs - Demonstrating and presenting the solution and its value. - Designing the technical response to RFPs/RFIs and be part of the strategy definition for WIPRO. - Conducting prototypes and pilots of new cyber management innovations including threat hunting, threat intelligence and Security orchestration. - Conduct independent security audits of Tier III DataCenters in UAE. - Conduct Risk assessment for OT & IT environments. - Evangelist for Unified Control Framework - Define unified regulatory compliance including (NESA, NCEMA, ISR, eTOM, IEC61850, ISO27001/22301/31000/27017, SABSA, COBIT, PCI, SOX).

• Ownership of the entire lifecycle for Consulting Services which include: CXO level mapping, business mapping, opportunity identification, opportunity pursue & closure, project management & tracking, delivery of Services, project closure, payments & future state mapping. • ITIL/ISO20/ISO27 Process Champion for all Managed Services & Consulting engagements for various customers. • Consulting & Implementation of ISO20/27 process areas covering Management Commitment, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release and Deployment Management, Configuration Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management and Request Fulfillment • Engage with Stakeholders for process coaching & ensure implementation of ISO27/ISO20/ITIL processes in the organization. • Conduct IT Maturity assessment for IT organizations while benchmarking them to a CMMI model score. • Define the gaps and corrective actions with appropriate monitoring mechanism through KPI/metrics • Accountable for ensuring compliance with service specifications, tools, resources and service level agreements for all managed services projects. • Conduct workshops and interviews for stakeholders to elicit and document their business processes for the purpose of performing Requirement Analysis, Business Impact and Risk Analysis. • Development of Service Reporting, Service improvement plan and all relevant documentation for policies, processes & procedures. Coordinate Product launch & Road shows at various new markets

Was a member of the storage systems support team, for the PowerEdge Server series. First time fix resolution & problem management. Installation and training of new hardware and software to the clients. Acquired advanced server hardware knowledge (including SCSI, RAID, and I/O topology) Develop workaround solutions for issues related to software errors.
