• Responsible for Calibration of Instruments (Temperature, Pressure, Linear, Electrical, Mass, Flow, Torque, Analytical). • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects. • Providing technical assistance to the technicians and other staffs involved in Calibration and Maintenance. • Designed test and calibration reports, site reports and all necessary documents before and after calibration. • Experienced in calibration, loop checking, servicing, maintenance, installation, validation of process control instruments. • Maintaining all quality documents as per ISO 17025:2017, ISO 9001:2015. • Preparation and Review of Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Policies and implementation through Quality forms. • Preparation of SOP for calibration of instruments and procedures for evaluation of Measurement of Uncertainty Budget. • Calibration competency in temperature, pressure, mass, dimensions along with active participation in PTP and ILC. • Preparing Checklist for Internal Audit and conducting Internal Audits. • Coordinate and attend External Audits (9001, 17025 & Client Audits). • Evaluating & Resolving Non-Conformities and implement necessary corrective actions. • Risk assessment and mitigation of risks. • Uncertainty calculation for CMC (Calibration Measurement Capability). • Execute predictive and preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment’s and instruments to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate the proper functioning and development of all laboratories present in The Main Chemical Laboratory under Chemical Defense in UAE Armed Forces (Military), Abu Dhabi. • Held accountable for Installation, calibration, servicing, maintenance, of CBRNE, Process, Analytical, Electrical and Electronic instruments present in the laboratory. • Site allocation, project planning and site coordination. • Execute predictive and preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment’s and instruments. • Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults. • Responsible for preparing Delivery Orders, Delivery Certificates, Acceptance Certificates, Invoices, and other required documents for the work finished. • Collaborate with suppliers, Client, Subcontractors, and other professional staff for completion of tasks within budget and time. • Carry out technical evaluation of supplier’s submittal on equipment maintenance, new installation and provide recommendations. • Provide support for the delivery of new instruments, consumables, spare parts etc, by checking the specifications and technical details, preparing comparisons, consulting, and giving opinion to the Lab Commander before buying any product. • Provide support for the training requirements according to the request from lab. • Generate site reports, technical details, RFQ, Comparisons.

• Responsible for Calibration of Instruments (Temperature, Pressure, Electrical, Mass, Flow, Analytical). • Preparing documents as per ISO/IEC 17025. • Planning of works as per schedule. • Confers with engineers, supervisor, and other technical workers to assist with equipment installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair. • Test for the accuracy of gauges and transmitters used to monitor flow, pressure, temperature, and level, other indicating or controlling instruments and switches, using test equipment’s such as field communicators HART 375 and 475, Temperature Bath, Loop Calibrator, Dead Weight Tester, Hand Pump etc. and locate defective components in system. • Check Calibration competency by active participation in PT & ILC. • Perform Intermediate Check, Preventive Maintenance, Reproducibility, Repeatability for Master Instruments. • Preparing Checklist for Internal Audit and conducting Internal Audits. • Preparation of procedures for calculation of Uncertainty for different parameters. • Coordinate and Attend External Audits (9001,17025 & Client Audit). • Evaluating & Resolving Non-Conformities and implement necessary corrective actions. • Calculation of uncertainty budget and preparation of reports for calibrated instruments. • Consult manufacturer’s manuals, circuit diagrams and blueprints to determine test and maintenance procedures for instruments used in the process and manufacturing.

Daily Maintenance, Calibration, Testing , Commissioning of all types of Instruments, Viz, Electronic Transmitters, Level Instruments including Tank Gauge System, Control Valves, ON OFF Valves , Gas Detectors, Analyzers and loop checking of open and closed loop control system., P&ID and Control panel.
