Content marketing, e-commerce and creative lead for the global online luxury fashion destination, based in NYC. Moda Operandi is a complex, three-pronged business model that works across Trunkshow, pre-order and standard e-commerce. I built and lead a dynamic team of 25 across creative, brand, e-commerce & email, social media and editorial to deliver a full digital and off-line rebrand experience that included product pages, website, email, packaging, audio and experiential repositioning. I spearheaded the content approach for the seasonal fashion collections and partnered with the VP of Fashion & Buying to conduct the brand acquisition strategy, modernising the product matrix and then maximising sell-thru and GOV through strategic contextual marketing. I lead the global social media showroom content capture - a much replicated approach that out the showroom ahead of the catwalk in terms of the customer's product understanding and interest. I also lead the reboot of our online product pages, overseeing the restructure of product copy and studio functions to reduce costs while improving quality, customer engagement and, conversion.
