Wellness Data Solutions LLC was created by merging exercise physiology and psychology with a passion for wellness. We approach corporate health from both a business owner's perspective as well as an employee's perspective.   Our system is based around our proprietary Health Risk Index (TM), a risk analysis tool that helps us identify lifestyle disease in individuals and corporate populations. The goal for the employer is to save money by containing healthcare costs, returning a positive ROI by implementing our system, and improving employee health and productivity. The goal for the employee is to help improve their health by identifying health risk factors, holding them accountable for the risk factors, and empowering them to improve those risk factors. While the system is simple to understand and effective in identifying and reducing lifestyle disease, trying to convey the scope of our system in words is difficult.
