As product comes off of the press, move the product from the conveyor belts to pallets.-Upon the completion of a pallet, ensure that proper labels are affixed to the pallet to identify product. Ensure the cleanliness of all presses and surrounding areas and floors to maintain a professional appearance. If an alarm sounds on a press, answer the alarm, identify the problem and either fix the problem or inform a higher technician to fix the problem and get the press operating again.
Inventory all equipment to ensure proper lubrication and functionality. If needed, libricate and maintain equipment for daily use. Check oil and hydraulic oil in 60-inch, 54-inch, and 50-inch mowers daily to ensure proper levels of fluids. While on the job-site, talk with customers as needed to ensure job is completed to specified standards. Maintain equipment on job-site as needed, inform boss of any maintenance issues that require off-site maintenance. Inform boss about employee issues and daily performance.
Provide safety around job site at all times. Remove tree limbs and logs to clear the job site. Clear job site of debris, clippings, dirt, wood chips, etc. to leave job site clean.
Meet and greet customers as they entered the lot. Find out what the customer is looking for in a vehicle and point them in the right direction. Show the vehicle of choice off to the customer and explain the perks of the vehicle and why it is a good choice for their lifestyle. Take the customer on a test drive to help introduce the customer to the basic feel and function of the vehicle. If customer likes and wants to purchase, move the customer inside, get basic information and pass to the General Sales Manager/General Manager/Financial Manager on duty.
