Liber is a part of Infinitas Learning, a group of educational publishers who are Europe's leading providers of innovative and engaging teaching materials for all ages and different orientations. In addition to Liber, the group includes Noordhoff Uitgevers (Netherlands) and Plantyn (Belgium). My duties include but are not limited to: Managing and optimizing operations improving our skills and transforming the technology landscape to match the future needs of Liber and the Infinitas Learing Group. During the past years I have fathered and sponsored and chaired multiple change management and tech-driven infrastructure projects. My focus in set on hiring and managing highly skilled individuals mixing traditional teams with modern highly digital teams. I am or have been managing and optimizing engineering-, product-, IT-, Infrastructure-, content development- and studio departments to fit the new and future needs of the company. Other duties include being highly involved in group management to extend innovation within the group building common technology and teams in order to enable both growth and efficiency.
