January 1990 – Present (24 years 3 months) 2205 S. Perryville Road #132, Rockford Illinois, 61108, USA I have over 30 years experience working in the Sleep Disorder Medicine, Neuroscience arena and have obtained enough hours for two Doctoral's. Attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, Stanford University School for Sleep Medicine, Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Henry Ford Hospital. I have developed and patented (Patent Serial # 02/338,37-01) the first human centrifuge for use with children, for the treatment of parasomnia'ss (head banging, head rolling, body rocking, etc.). Worked with the US Navy in the monitoring of fatigue for pilots using brain mapping after creating a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA). Also published a paper under the CRADA with the Commander of the Acceleration Laboratory, Johnathan Clark. My expertise has been recognized through various center directorships and committee positions for sleep disorder study and treatment. This includes serving as the Chairman of the Board for the National Foundation for Children’s Sleep and Developmental Disorders, as well as developing a sleep research center at the Navel Air Station, Pensacola Florida. Also very well published and retains two patents pertaining to a new pupillometer, EyeCheck. EyeCheck is a FDA approved medical instrument used to detect impairment, such as fatigue, or the presence of alcohol, drugs, chemcial gas and intoxicating compounds in humans. I am currently the CEO/President of MCJ INC., a research and Development Company located in Rockford, Illinois Identifying the Neurological markers for impairment caused by drugs, fatigue and disease. Utilizing the EyeCheck pupillometer which records absolute pupil dynamics. We have currently added software for Chemical (gas) detection.
