Chinook Capital Advisors, a local leading M&A advisory firm, was co-founded by John O’Dore and Ed Kirk to serve the needs of Pacific Northwest business owners. We focus on lower-middle market businesses valued from $5m to $30m, or generally with revenues of $5m to $50m. We offer a combined 60 years of experience that includes backgrounds in business ownership, investment banking, corporate development, operations, tax, legal, engineering, and commercial real estate which allows us to serve the owners of family- and privately-held companies throughout the Northwest. We also provide other trusted advisor roles, including advisory board leadership, valuation services, and transaction planning and preparation services for business owners – often years in advance of a transition.
