-Prepares detailed project deliverables and man-hour estimates - Supervises the work of junior engineers and team of designers - Attends weekly progress meetings with clients - Design and analyzes platform topside’s required modifications such as deck extensions, mezzzanines, wireline decks, access platforms and bridges - Design and analyzes conductors, j-tube, risers including guides and clamp connections - Visits offshore platforms to conduct survey and produce survey reports after - Analyze offshore platform’s condition if it still fit for purpose and prepares analysis report (global inplace analyses, simplified fatigue analyses spectral fatigue analyses and pushover analyses) - Performs finite element analysis on critical offshore jacket joints - Performs lifting analysis and prepares installation/rigging plan - Produce reports based on analysis and calculation
