Responsible for leading a Georgia-Pacific wood products production team to work injury and incident free in a continuous manufacturing process; supervises and coordinates production efforts that drive continuous improvements in all associated work processes affecting compliance, reliability, quality and cost.

Jul 2017 - Jun 2018: Logistics and Budget Officer; Fort Stewart, GA. Responsible for providing logistical sustainment, maintenance readiness, and mobility support to a Brigade Headquarters. Constructed and oversaw the precise execution of the unit's $5.3 million budget. Jan 2017 - Jul 2017: Operations Officer; Fort Stewart, GA. Responsible for planning, resourcing, synchronizing, and executing complex training exercises to certify the staff and subordinate organizations for worldwide deployment missions. Jan 2016 - Jan 2017: Commander; Fort Stewart, GA. Commander of 230 Soldiers during the battalion's deployment in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve; directed the strategic planning and tactical execution of all assigned tasks; responsible for all of the unit's administrative matters including leader development, human resources, and disciplinary action. Jul 2014 - Dec 2015: Chief of Operations; Afghanistan. Night Chief of Operations for a division detachment responsible for providing command and control for all current operations, coordinating direct / indirect fire and aerial munitions strikes for troops in contact, and synchronizing enabler support assets to provide comprehensive solutions to users at the tactical level. Oct 2012 - Oct 2013: Platoon Leader; Fort Bragg, NC. Led a 40-person organization with the mission of immediate, no-notice, 18-hour worldwide deployment; responsible for planning, directing, and supervising platoon operations to include developing operations orders, conducting rehearsals, coordinating logistical support, and safe employment of artillery fire. Jan 2011 - Sep 2012: Fire Support Officer, Afghanistan. Led a 10-person section in austere conditions during Operation Enduring Freedom XII; responsible for providing precision fires from artillery and aviation assets in support of combat operations; directed the Company Intelligence Support Team in the execution of lethal and non-lethal targeting processes.
