Responsible for growing client’s business through marketing and digital marketing campaigns for cultured brands such as; Lexus, BMW MINI, BMW Motorrad, SKII, and mass brands Nike, Shu Uemura, AXA Insurance, P&G Hair Care brands, Ariel, Pampers, Phillip Morris brands, T-Fal, Heineken. Served as a key member of the executive team defining the agency future and managing and growing the whole advertising, design, production and digital marketing services. Directly built a flexible, multidisciplinary creative and design team that grew from 48 to 85 talented individuals within the company that grew from 270 to 350 people.
