Appointment to the Exec Team as Group Sales Director for the HSS Hire Group of Companies
This was new role created within HSS to design and set up our newly created Key Accounts Team. The challenge was to develop our customer facing proposition and increase our Key Account turnover from just 3% of the companies T/O.
Full P+L responsibilty for a region with annual T/O of 25m. Hit consecutive monthly T/O and profit targets for 30 monthly periods.
