-Responsible for the managing and pricing of all casualty products in eight states. -Planned, collaborated, and led a project team with the purpose of finding the total cost of a product review to answer wether the planned rate increase justified the resources needed to complete a review. -Key contributor in the Farmers Specialty Marine Expansion roll-out in all states. Led Marine Expansion Training. -Created and implemented training for key stakeholders including Casualty Product, Marketing, SEDS, and IA and EA agents. -Led a team in the creation and implementation of the “Universal Scooter Program” in Sept. 2009 which resulted in an additional 2,000 policies and $400K in revenue. -During IPL (Insuring Performance Leadership), my group coordinated and designed a procedure change for the Specialty Claims business unit that led to an estimated savings of 9,000 hours/year.
