ENG: The founder is a relatively narrow job description, and yet it says it all. The asset management within a fund is a very complex matter. When you have less than 10 employees, it is difficult to put a label on what you are doing. There is no standard position name for this. The COO is close though. The true is I'm just doing whatever it takes to move our fund forward. CZ: Zakladatel je relativně úzký popis práce, a přesto mluví za vše. Správa majetku ve fondu je velmi komplexní. Pokud máte méně než 10 zaměstnanců, je těžké pojmenovat co všechno děláte. Neexistuje pro to standardní název pozice i když COO je blízko. Prostě dělám každý den vše, co je nutné, abych posunul náš fond vpřed.
