DIOSynVax Ltd is a Cambridge University spin-out that has developed new technology that can change the way vaccines are made. It has brought cutting edge technologies together into an exciting new platform that will significantly accelerate vaccine development and will achieve dramatic improvements to the breadth of protection conferred by vaccines against emerging and re-emerging pathogens. This new vaccine accelerator technology DIOS (Digitally designed, Immune Optimised and Selected) is based on outbreak sequence data to generate synthetic optimised vaccine inserts to stimulate the broadest possible protection to limit future outbreaks of variable pathogens.
