The Third Pig Company is a post pandemic hybrid organisation designed to do two things. The name provides a clue as to what we do. Technology has proven that for many working in professional services, that working from home works. The insight being therefore that going forward, physical spaces have to be ones that inspire people to 'want to go to work' rather than be simply places where they 'have to go to work'. Moreover learning can never be as rich working in a silo. Physical interaction inspires learning through peripheral vision. And so we need spaces that have a soul and a living, inspiring and ever evolving community that transcends the introduction of a pool table or bar. So this is the first thing that The Third Pig Co does. We create and manage great places to work productively and enjoyably. Secondly our founder Jonathan Sands OBE is one of the design industries most respected consultants. He has over forty years experience working across the globe, speaking as a keynote speaker at conferences, Chairing various industry bodies and winning many awards for effectiveness, creativity and 'best companies to work for'. As a result his network is similarly impressive in stature. An 'Avengers Assemble' of world class talent across a wide variety of disciplines. This points to our second purpose; operating as a collective, The Third Pig Company works to the Hollywood principle. We bring togather world class talent, bespoke to a strategic, brand design, business challenge and assemble the exact, perfect team to solve it. No FTE's to fund when not required and no second best journeymen. Hence our name inspired by the fable of the third pig; Places that safely house our collective with no huff or puff.
