Responsible for managing the capital-intensive development programs for the SGCH Sustainability and SGCH Portfolio entities within St George Community Housing. SGCH Sustainability was one of five successful proponents for the NSW Government's Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) project, and is delivering 300 new dwellings under the SAHF1 project. SGCH Portfolio was one of four successful proponents for SAHF2, under which it is delivering 260 new dwellings.
