I transitioned to working at the Polo Park retail store. I applied my knowledge as a TSR agent to my role as a Service specialist. The retail location I feel was a mix of every department and helped me learn many skills, including a better understanding of the billing system and phone services.
I worked as a tech support agent at one of Shaw’s call centres. My past experiences really prepared me for this position; I excelled at time management and customer service. This is also where I’ve learnt more about networking (i.e. port forwarding, IP passthrough).
At Simply I grew from part of the sales team into an Apple service technician. I loved solving complex hardware/software issues and teaching customers about apple products.
