In this stage of my career I become the PM of Turing Challenge, dedicating all my hours into the management of the projects. I manage several projects at the same time, for companies like Ferrovial, SACYR, Iberostar or Repsol, among others. My main tasks consist on controlling effort and timing of the team, detection of deviations and risks and proposing solutions, task assignment and backlog control, facilitating the team for the project development, meetings organization and client communication, among others.

During this stage of my career, I have worked for national and international clients, such as: - Ferrovial - SACYR - TruGreen - Microsoft In addition, during this stage I combine in a more established way the PM role with the more technical role. Regarding the technical role, some of the most important tasks I have done are: - Deep neural networks training (also with AutoML). - Scripting, data processing and preparation. - Database usage (specially SQL Server). - Data tagging (with different tools). - Project development, especially with Microsoft technologies. - Customer consulting, mainly focused on IoT and MLOps. - Knowledge transfers to customers, with full autonomy from the creation of the materials to the delivery. Attending to the PM role, some of the tasks I have performed are: - Preparation, execution and leadership of meetings, both internal and with clients, and both in Spanish and English. - Creation of Kanban boards, management, and creation of prioritized backlogs. - Creation of any material needed for meetings (e.g. presentations). - Communication with the client in many ways (email, Teams, calls...) for project facilitation. Also, communication of updates and requests.

AI Data Scientist Associate in Turing Challenge, in the Artificial Vision Team working on Azure with Agile. I have worked for several big national companies, like Repsol, Sacyr and Prosegur among others, but I have also worked for international companies, such as SGS or TruGreen. Among some of the functions I have already developed I can highlight some: - Data labeling and training of artificial vision models - Design of strategies, as well as coding MLOps and DataOps for international companies. - Creation of data pipelines in Azure (as in AzureML Designer, for example) - Scripting, data preparation and data post-processing (using libraries as opencv or pandas) - Leadership of projects, with cost control in Azure, Kanban boards management, project documentation, Power Points, communication to clients... - Knowledge transfer to clients, both in Spanish and in English. Those were made with complete self-management, with the creation of the materials, setting up the meetings and teaching.

Junior Data Scientist in charge of making developments of the projects that were already under my responsability, besides new projects that will be assigned to me. Some of my functions were: - Creation of automatic ETL processes - Cloud management (VMs and DBs) - Data analysis - Reporting and visualization (PowerBI) During this stage, I have worked for some big spanish companies like: - Televisión de Galicia (Galician TV) - Grupo Siro Also, I have worked for international companies, like Grupo Bonafont (Mexico) among others

During my trainee period, I was mainly in charge of some DataHub creations with the ETL process, obtaining the data from diverse endpoints such as webscraping, SFTP servers and APIs.
