I started the position as a General Game Assistant. This position required fantastic organization and presentation experience. Communication and problem-solving skills were constantly required, handling customer disputes as well as keeping customers comfortable and excited to buy games. After demonstrating my strong work ethic and leadership strengths, I was promoted to Senior Game Assistant.
My job experience was in car part sales and service writing, which gave me experience in customer care and writing up diagnostic errors. Communication, detailed work, and speed were key parts to this position. The biggest thing I learned was that details are important, but keeping things simple and efficient are crucial.
Designing and developing new designs, this position challenged my creativity and efficiency skills. I needed to work fast with design creation as well as reinventing existing designs for the company. I specifically worked producing material for a new lodge that opened in Blue Ridge, GA.
