Joyce started the company amid Covid-19 pandemic and successfully gained customers’ trust offering professional and around the clock customer services. We are able to cope with all the sudden project changes and super tight schedules due to all the different new pandemic measures. As a director for MATA Create, Joyce’s main role is to develop the business, secure a sale and make it recurring. At the same time, discovering new business solutions for customers, including video production, podcast production, KOL management, Instagram account growth and management.

Main role in INTV is to drive revenue for Hong Kong's business in advertising and video production sales. Projects with major business units in Hong Kong such as Sun Hung Kai Properties, i.e. IFC Mall, Sky100 Observation Deck and Sky Dining 101; Ngong Ping 360; MTR Corperation Limited, i.e. Airport Express and Elements; Hong Kong Jockey Club; Sino Group, i.e. China Hong Kong City and Lee Tung Avenue; Gaia Group; Aqua Restaurant Group, i.e. Aqua Luna, etc.. Also working with government bureau for advertising media buy and video production projects with Hong Kong Tourism Board and Macao Government Tourism Office. Joyce holds a vast database of contacts in multiple industries in Hong Kong. She has proven very successful in bringing businesses to companies and start-ups. She is also very good with people and maintaining professional business relationship with customers and business partners.

Expand Baxter Laboratories's contract manufacturing business across China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Turkey, Korea, Japan and the Middle East. Our contract manufacturing business covers topical products including, Pharmaceutical, Sun Care, Skin Care and OTC products. The first and the only employee in our Asia-based office - Hong Kong, act as the main communication tool between the company - based in Melbourne and customers in the above named 11 regions. Successfully established manufacturing contracts with major players in Asia and ASEAN countries to produce customised products to cater their demand. Including new contracts to manufacture for government entities and hospital groups.
