To develop and propose a marketing strategy to reach the millennials through HORECA channels in Paris. The project involved the following tasks - a) Conducting focus group interviews and discussions with 35 millennia and collecting data; b) Analyzing qualitative primary data and quantitative secondary data to build reports and set new objectives c) Proposing marketing strategies (online and offline; organic and inorganic) to increase brand awareness, position the brand better and increase brand equity among millennials in HORECA channel in Paris.
My Style Gallery is an e-commerce venture that deals with the sale of fashion jewellery for the young lady. The key essence of our brand is that each girl wants to be unique and each girl holds a personality different from the other; and so, they should each have a gallery of accessories which is unique to them. Since the launch of the website, within one year, we were able to achieve our target sales and spread a good brand name in the market. Receiving orders from all corners of India (including far eastern lands of Meghalaya and Manipur to metropolitan cities such as Mumbai and Bangalore, to name a few) and positive feedbacks from our customers, reinforced our belief in our designs, prices, shopping experience and service. My Style Gallery expanded very fast and broke even within 7 months of starting sales.

Key Objective was Identification of lapses and appropriate action initiation for higher client satisfaction. The role included the following tasks - 1. Improving sales order handling; 2. Analyzing past data to identify the problem areas; 3. Suggesting corrective measures to remove bottlenecks; 4. Creating a test solution, implementing it and studying the results. Key Objectives: 1. To compare Co-pack and COBO/COSO costs on Manufacturing Overheads for brand 'Kurkure'. 2. To develop and implement a plan to cut down overhead costs in 2 out of the 5 Co-pack units across India. The project involved the following tasks - a) A detailed study of cost sheets of the Plants and the Co-Packs; b) Concept of benchmarking and assessment of reasons for differences in overheads; c) Analysis of scope for improvement in possible areas; d) Creating and presenting cost sheets to CFO for suggestions and approvals; e) On-site implementation of proposed plan.
Developed marketing and sales network for Scan Holdings in Africa and Turkey: 1. Developing a Strategy for Business Expansion in new international markets, especially regions of Africa that are hard to visit personally. 2. Generating marketing & sales leads by contacting potential buyers & agents. 3. Collecting sales inquiry data for products & quantity demanded, and prepared quotes under the guidance of superior. After one month of internship period, I was able to successfully deliver results with three high volume buyers for the business.
