Established leading market share across Asia for Rockstar Games, 2K Games and 2K Sports line of products. Launched amongst other titles and in multiple territories GTA IV, and GTAV, Red Dead Redemption, Episodes from Liberty City, Chinatown Wars, NBA 2K, Bioshock, Borderlands, Mafia 2, Civilization... As VP of Publishing for T2 I oversee retail, digital distribution and licensing of our entire catalog of properties covering Japan, SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia...), Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and India. Drive local teams in 5 territories, partnership selection, structuring of optimal business model for each territory, Marketing, and Operations. Brought local replication and publishing to Asia, enabling T2 to become official publisher in SEA and Korea. Multiplied revenue tenfold, profitability 5 fold, and took T2 from bottom of top ten in market share in the region to #1 publisher in Asia ex-Japan on PS3 and 360 in a 2 year span. Three years in a row, unit sales of NBA2k grew by 100% year over year and 120% year over year profitability. Established an affiliate in Japan enabling the company for the first time to become publisher, resulting in becoming the number 1 foreign publisher in the territory on 360 and PS3 in first year. The per unit revenue increased 3 to 4 fold and net profitability increased by 250%. Had in first year of operation of the affiliate 2 of the top 3 Foreign titles within the year. Substantially exceeded other titles proportionally to what competitors products achieved on a ratio of Japan sales compared to worldwide sales. Vollee enables full PC games to be streamed to mobile devices. I negotiated the rights to, and produced mobile access to Second Life, the launch product for Vollee. I created and implemented the MMO focused strategy of the company, negotiated all partnership deals including Activision-Blizzard, Eidos, Codmasters and managed global off-deck launch across 80 countries.
In-Fusio is a global publisher of mobile games. I managed all licensing, signing deals for properties such as Halo (Microsoft), Neopets (Viacom), Terminator (Canal+)... Played a key role in the development of connected network-aware games on mobile.
brand new day was established as a brain trust offering consultancy for marketing and strategy of early stage companies. * RealD 3D (NYSE RLD) - 3D digital cinema leader - Worked closely with two co-founders of the company prior to RealD being formally incorporated and remained an ad hoc paid consultant up to successful IPO of RealD in 2010. I created first round investor presentation, produced first 3D demo reel, developed initial acquisition strategy and branding guidelines. * I undertook branding and positioning missions for companies such as: - Walden Media, independent studio behind Narnia - Schematic, design company, now part of WPP.
Vizrt is world leader in real time broadcast graphics. Following the merger with Peak, I managed the repositioning of publicly traded RT-Set, taking it from a virtual set company to a broadcast graphics leader. Oversaw entire re-branding and structure of product line. Company share price multiplied by 50 and took dominating position in industry.
